# Home Damage Claim Specialist (Provo, UT)
This position will be a part of the team that provides essential support to our customers, technicians, and outside contractors in order to solve difficult situations that arise when there is damage to the home. The position will involve investigating and analyzing the validity of each claim as well as the proper solution for both parties.

Ability to make responsible judgment decisions where policies are not defined.
Ability to use a PC and demonstrate knowledge of basic PC applications.
Strong analytical ability required to effectively communicate with all levels of employees,
Ability to arrive on time and willingness to work flexible shifts
Required Experience
High school education or equivalent.
Computer skills, Microsoft, Excel and Word.
