Vivint Solar Account Support Representative
Vivint Solar is seeking an Account Support Representative in and around the Provo, Utah area. We are looking for problem solvers, self-motivators and action oriented thinkers. We are changing the way the world produces power and are looking for an Account Support Representative that is ready to jump in and help our fast growing business grow even faster.
The Account Support Representative effectively handles calls from our Solar customers. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Help answer customer questions and explain policies/procedures
Identify and qualify specific customer needs
Increase overall customer retention and help create customer loyalty
Profitably save and retain customers requesting to cancel
Handle customer needs while simultaneously progressing the account in a timely manner
Required Skills
Ability to communicate professionally and accurately and demonstrate strong oral communication skills.
Ability to speak in a pleasant, well controlled voice and maintain control of a conversation.
Ability to work as part of a team and work towards individual and team goals.
Ability to make responsible judgment decisions where policies are not defined.
Ability to use a PC and demonstrate knowledge of basic PC applications.
Required Experience
Less than 1 year of experience
Administrative and/or customer service experience a plus
Negotiation and/or sales skills a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
