Vivint is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist in various types of AP transactions.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Process various types of accounts payable transactions including ongoing data entry and audit of vendor invoices, expense reports, manual check requests, etc.
Process daily and weekly A/P for multiple branches and vendors insuring all deadlines are met in a high volume environment.
Prepare daily check requests.
Assist onsite and offsite teams, clients, vendors, and employees with A/P issues or questions as needed.
Analysis and review of invoices, work output, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze vendor accounts.
Process vendor payment process, check and EFT transactions.
Process returned checks, voided transactions, special transactions.
Assist with monthly close and reporting, including reconciliations and accruals.
Assist with preparation of reporting including 1099s.
Required Skills:
1-3 years previous AP experience
Requires a High School Diploma, prefers Associates Degree.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
