Project Coordinator

MultiLing Corporation is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator with demonstrated talent in managing projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to processing files, estimating costs, fostering client relationships, and managing project schedules.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software packages
Superior English communication skills to include tact, persuasion, and respect
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Able to focus on attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy for all business situations
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Knowledge of a foreign language is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
