Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager that has a proven track record in leading teams and driving results. This person will be responsible to direct and manage a team of employees, deliver a safe, efficient and high quality work environment, provide performance feedback, counseling, coaching and training to the team. This person will also need to manage all budgets, accounts payable/receivable, manufacturers and vendors.
Minimum of three years of experience as an operations manager
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word as well as comfortable in Photoshop and InDesign
Must be able to work and be on call, when needed.
