Brand/Visual Merchandise Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create an engaging store experience for our retail partners and web store customers.
Work as an extension of the design department and implement design direction to retail partners and sales teams.
Help in establishing style master set up and buy plans.
Critically evaluate development of new season style ideas, color trends, and derivate product ideas to enhance sales.
Participate in managing all aspects of the seasonal Store set (floor displays, signage, display, product flow)
Create and develop visual merchandising strategies by season
Participate in weekly store visits, coordinating floor and visual merchandising plans with the DM and store retail managers.
Participate in bi-weekly meetings with retail and wholesale product managers to develop strategies for upcoming seasons.
Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners including sales, retail VM, retail store employees, design, and field retailers.
Stay in touch with what is happening in the retails stores to determine their needs
Understand the customer, the shop experience and how to drive sales.
Exhibit excellent visual merchandising skills that support a range of retail locations.
Qualifications:
Minimum three years in visual merchandising experience with related apparel production development experience.
Must be able to adapt in a fast paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple deadlines.
Retail Store experience
Proven ability to train, motivate and influence others
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions
Team oriented that can build collaborative relationships with in-house team members and retail partners
Strong drive for results
Competitive/Industry awareness and market knowledge
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
Utah based - travel within a normal work day is required several times per week, and some weekend work during trade fairs and retail conference shows.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
