As a Patient Care Tech - Medical Assistant, you help keep our podiatry clinic functioning smoothly! Kind and compassionate, you ensure that every patient feels well taken care of as you assist with their treatment.
When a patient arrives for their appointment, you lead them to a room and get them comfortable.
You then assist the doctor with whatever they need, performing duties such as changing bandages, administering injections, making orthotic impressions, or taking and developing x-rays.
As you see patients, you maintain accurate records in our system concerning their treatment and progress.
When the appointment is finished, you schedule the next visit and clean up the exam room.
