We provide the marketing required to gain customers and provide the back office solutions for payments, editing and uploading the images.
We also provide training to photographers to assist them in using our systems.
WHO SHOULD APPLY:
This is a 1099 contract position.
We are currently looking for photographers with flexible schedules, that live in the position area.
Candidates should adhere to professional conduct and appearance standards and have their own reliable transportation, a high speed internet connection and detailed knowledge of digital photography.
A background in customer service and sales is a plus as you will be contacting customers to confirm schedules.
If you have never done real estate photography but have done other types of photography and have samples of your work, please feel free to apply.
We are looking to hire someone with experience taking regular photos, drone photos, and Matterport or 3D tours.
WHAT:
We need you to photograph real estate property including residential homes, office buildings and more and send the high quality images to us.
No editing is required.
At the end of the day, the photographer will upload the raw files to our FTP server.
All images and clients are the exclusive property of Quick Pic Tours, LLC.
WHERE:
This position is for Provo and nearby cities.
WHEN:
Flexible schedules are provided but daytime hours are usually the norm.
Shoots will vary depending on time of year and availability.
Twilight hours, some evenings and Saturday shoots may be required.
Generally, the photographer will take between 15-35 photos per home and may be on location between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
HOW:
We require that photographers use equipment with minimum specs.
Preferably a 7d (or equivalent or better), a wide angle lens (10-11mm for cropped sensor camera, or 13-14mm on full frame camera), a monopod or tripod and good working knowledge of their camera settings, composition and shooting in raw format.
WHY:
It's a great way to increase your skills while making extra money and working for yourself.
PAYMENT:
$30-50 per shoot (more for twilight shoots and larger homes) and we do our best to keep all of your shoots in the same geographic location.
Generally, the photographer will take between 15 and 25 photos per home and should be on location between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Payment is made on the 5th and 20th of each month.
