5201 Smart Staffing! - Your New Employment Agency The gel prep operator is responsible for the mixing of quality gelatin with correct viscosity, color and formula and deliver gelatin to the capsule machine room.
We do Vitamins and pills inside of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
Follow General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Stand Operating Procedures (SOPs) Cross train and demonstrate competency on all essential job functions.
Utilize PPE equipment at all times.
Prepare gelatin feed tanks according to company training and procedures Adjust viscosity and color according to specifications Washes, inspects, and sanitizes gelatin receivers, mixers and equipment.
Label and ID all equipment's according to the SOPs Keeps production records and logs current.
Perform quality checks on gel.
Requirements:
Must be 18
years old.
Must pass drug test and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the US Must be able to communicate in English at least 60% Experience in manufacturing and with GMPs is preferred Basic computer skills Basic math skills (Add, subtract, multiply) Able to lift 45
