The primary role as a receptionist is to support our patients by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere.

Monday-Friday:
6 am-8 pm, Saturday:

Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.

year of full-time experience in a reception or high-volume customer service industry.
