If quality patient care is your first priority, then we would love to talk to you! KEY FUNCTIONS Patient Assessment, Treatment and Evaluation:
Conducts comprehensive symptom assessments using physical exam skills and assessment tools.
Participates in developing treatment plans with the team physicians.
Participates in the collection and patient data with appropriate documentation in the medical record.
Collaboration:
Uses organizational skills to assure continuity of care across the continuum in collaboration with other disciplines through planning, education and coordination of services.
Education:
Provides education and support to patients and families, emphasizing the promotion of comfort and quality of life.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION An active, unencumbered Utah RN license is required.
Reliable transportation Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
