Blending Operator 2nd Shift 4:
30PM - 3am Monday - Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday) Pay Rate $17/hr Blending Operators will be responsible for processing raw materials and blends by weighing, dumping, sifting, screening, and hand scooping while strictly following company SOP's, and GMP's, producing a high-quality product and meeting production schedule requirements.
Bottling Line Operator 1st Shift 6AM - 4:
30PM Monday - Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday) Pay Rate $14/hr The Bottling Line Operator performs machine operation and production duties following established standardized procedures in preparing product for bottling, labeling, packing and shipping.
The operator inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications and is responsible for correct count, accurate label placement, batch codes and lids for each bottle.
Dispensing Operator 1st Shift 6AM - 4:
30PM Monday - Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday) Pay Rate $16/hr The Dispensing Operator is responsible and accountable for established machine and shift productivity, quality, and yield requirements.
Process raw materials and blends by weighing, dumping, sifting, screening, and hand scooping while strictly following company SOP's, and GMP's, producing a high-quality product and meeting production schedule requirements.
Operators cross train and demonstrate competency on all essential job functions of the Blending department.
Gel Prep Operator 1st Shift 6AM - 4:
30pm Monday - Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday) Pay Rate $16/hr The Gel Prep Operator is responsible for the preparation (mixing etc.
) of quality gelatin in accordance of the customer specifications with the correct viscosity, color and formula and deliver gelatin to the Capsule Machine Room.
They must label and ID all clean equipment according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and complete documentation in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Sorting and Spreading Inspector 1st Shift 6AM - 4:
30pm Monday - Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday) Pay Rate $14/hr The Sorting and Spreading Inspector is responsible the inspection of encapsulated products including seals, coloring and shape of capsules.
Inspectors document weights, batch numbers, lot numbers, and quality checks.
PPE equipment will be used appropriately and at appropriate times.
Inspectors must be flexible and willing to change schedule to meet production needs as well as cross-train with other departments as needed.
Knowledge/Competencies/Skill
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience and work in a GMP regulated industry preferred.
Basic computer skills including Windows navigation and data entry.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to read, interpret and execute written instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, combine units of measure, and calculate fractions and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Spanish Speakers are welcomed.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (verified through E-Verify).
