Responsibilities Ensure prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional technical support of all applications computers, printers, networks, and servers.
Install, set up, configure, maintain, optimize, and document the performance of client-facing systems.
Support company-implemented software and cloud applications Maintain hardware and software system efficiency.
Make recommendations for future upgrades.
Maintain network and system security.
Assist in maintaining system and process documentation.
Troubleshoot student, staff, and faculty IT-related issues.
Assist other IT team members as needed.
Ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
Administrate and support users using Microsoft Cloud admin services.
IT Helpdesk Support.
Performs physical inventory of IT systems and updates IT documentation.
Train and educate users on best practices around cybersecurity and computer usage.
Requirements Have outstanding time management and organizational skills.
1-3 years experience supporting Windows-based devices and hardware required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional relationships while providing excellent customer service by always treating others with respect, working towards a common goal, and responding timely to issues, requests, and problems.
A proven track record of taking ownership, managing a project, and process improvement.
Ability to extrapolate complex technical jargon and explain it to non-IT users in friendly, easy-to-understand terminology.
Ability to remain professional while working in stressful situations.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members, as well as be able to interpret instructions and exchange accurate information.
