May also check the accuracy of figures and calculations pertaining to business transactions recorded by other clerks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processing vendor invoices through the ERP system Processing weekly check run Processing monthly credit card expenditures Tracking freight costs for incoming and outgoing shipments Attaching electronic documents to transactions in ERP system Processing customer payments in bank and ERP system Reporting requests from CFO or Accounting Manager related to AP ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
Performs other duties as necessary JOB QUALIFICATIONS/physical demands/work environment:
Have an associate degree in accounting, in school to receive accounting degree, or AP experience Organized and detail oriented Working in group settings to solve issues.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
