Receptionist/Office Clerk/Retail Sales Associate
Job Description:
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, well-organized, self-motivated, honest, and friendly individual to join our team and provide operational support to our retail flooring store.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer input and be quick to learn new computer programs.
This is a full-time position, including some Saturdays.
We are particularly interested in individuals seeking a more long-term job, as the job salary and responsibilities can grow with time and experience.
Responsibilities:
1.
Receptionist Duties:
o Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
o Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
2.
Office Clerk Tasks:
o Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
o Handle general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
3.
Retail Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
o Assist customers in selecting flooring products and provide information about available options.
o Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
o Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, office clerk, or retail sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and approachable personality.
Honesty and integrity in all interactions.
