Position Summary The Learning & Development Administrator plays a critical role in developing our people and progressing our culture.
This position is responsible for coordinating organizational learning and development, designing courses and curriculum/activities, and helping to enhance employee engagement and culture.
Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates a range of talent and organizational strategies aimed to strengthen talent, maximize engagement, and deliver success to the organization at all stages of the talent life cycle.
Build relationships with leaders throughout the organization to align organizational needs with the necessary hard and soft skills training as well as the change management tools required to implement these programs.
Coordinate programs and initiatives based upon the needs of Revere Health.
Develops and designs courses and curriculum, collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
Helps create and launch position-based learning (hard and soft skill training).
Coordinates and maintains methods for evaluating and monitoring program performance.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business or Public Administration, or Human Resources or a closely related field Five years of leadership experience in developing and implementing programs in organizational development, employee and management training, leadership development, or process facilitation Experience coordinating E-Learning platforms and/or online training systems Must be adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methodologies Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills Knowledge of the learning and instructional methodologies, including assessments Knowledge of the theories, concepts and practices of organizational effectiveness and leadership development programs.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
