Billing and Finances:
Manage customer billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee accounts receivable and collections.
Account Support:
Assist customers with account-related questions and concerns, fostering positive relationships.
Team Management and Coordination:
Efficiently delegate and supervise office staff to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
Attend manager meetings and meet weekly or as needed with office team members.
Qualifications:
