Job Description A day program manager manages programs for adults Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Manager will provide enriching and educationally sound experience at the day site and out in the community.
Manager will develop the structure of the program based on the needs and interests of the adults.
Manager will manage staff, operations, and maintain relationships in the community.
Job Duties Create Activity Calendar Develop Appropriate Activities Communicate Clear and effectively with CEO and Executive Director Stay in monthly budget Track expenses Communicate effectively with parents and support coordinators Keep day center clean and ensure all supplies are well kept Effectively communicate needs for the day site.
Communicate needs for staffing Monitor health and safety needs for all the clients that you oversee Develop ideas that can assist in the growth of the program Create staff schedule Train staff on each client Communicate with staff that they feel adequately trained and any retraining needed Punctuality and regular/consistent attendance Provide a clean, healthy and safe environment Requirements Minimum 18 years old Pass and maintain a passable criminal background check per state regulations Valid Driver's license Job Type:
