This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store including, but not limited to, ensuring the cooler is full, confirming orders have been completed, designing special orders, rectifying orders with errors, store scheduling, covering shifts that are open, and the hiring of employees.
Extensive floral design knowledge is required, along with 3
years of in-store experience.
Store hours are 8 to 7 Monday through Friday and 8 to 6 on Saturday.
The manager's shifts would vary between these hours (and may also vary during holidays and busy times such as school dances, etc.
).
The manager is required to work during all major holidays including, but not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Wage is $25/hour.
