Vivint Solar Processing Representative
Vivint Solar is seeking a Processing Representative in and around the Provo, UT area. We are looking for problem solvers, self-motivators and action oriented thinkers. We are changing the way the world produces power and are looking for a Processing Representative that is ready to jump in and help our fast growing business grow even faster.
This position is responsible for processing all incoming contracts and other paperwork for the company, filling out applications for Renewable Energy Credits and Grants, and tracking a systems progress through these steps. This job involves regular and recurring work situations of moderate to intense levels of complexity. The individual in this position must have excellent customer service skills with a high level of patience in dealing with high volume of documents. The individual must also be extremely detail-oriented. This position operates from specific guidelines and directions; the individual will receive a moderate level of supervision.
Responsibilities:
Review of daily installation records.
Verification that the contract documentation regarding the installations has been received.
Review of Contract documentation received.
Ensure that all contracts and documents satisfy the requirements for multiple purposes including funding purposes, payroll purposes, etc.
Responsible for compiling applications and registering systems online
Responsible for updating customer information in CMS
Responsible for processing required contract and document changes
Distributing the appropriate information to the respective departments
Applying for government grants
Reviews documentation submitted by the Branch Offices.
Any additional tasks as required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
Communicate effectively with other departments
Comfortable with repetitive work
Strong analytic and creative problem solving skills
Ability to perform multiple jobs at one time while maintaining organization.
Self-motivating and positiveEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
