# Front End Developer (Provo, UT)
We are looking for a front-end developer with mid-to-senior level experience. This position is responsible for front-end development of the visual design comps and ensuring compatibility with Vivint''s custom framework for our web properties. Position will report to the Senior Manager of Interactive Design and function as part of a broader team of designers and developers. The ideal candidate must be team oriented.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Optimize designs for an HTML experience
Develop designs for a responsive environment
Be able to incorporate animations supported by HTML 5 and Javascript
Produce high quality work and help team members do the same
Help improve workflow as well as track relevant market developments
Work with other developers to complete projects
Proactively identify and fix issues
Work with designers to achieve a complete, coherent interactive experience
Be able to work with back-end developers to ensure implementation of all files into a custom back-end system
Work with third parties to manage development projects
Be able to standardize code provided by third party developers
A desire to explore new trends and advances in their related fields
Required Skills:
We expect you to have extensive knowledge in the following:
Excellent at converting designs into compliant HTML5 & CSS3 with a high degree offidelity
Strong Javacript skillset, including knowledge of jQuery and DOM interaction and manipulation
Ability to learn and work within the HTML, CSS, and Javascript frameworks provided by the Digital Marketing team
Ability to work within a Brand Style Guide defined by the Creative Team
Must be able to work well with others, be flexible, and work quickly and well underpressure
Must understand and implement responsive requirements for all designs
Tackling Cross browser issues
Browser Responsive Design
Mobile and Tablet specifics
CSS transitions, Media-Queries, Font-face etc.
Sprite sheet implementation & animation
Javascript
HTML5
NOTE: No server side (php, mysql, etc) experience is necessary.
Experience:
Knowledge of and/or experience in one or more of the following fields are considered a bonus:
Graphic Design
Motion Design
Site catalyst or Google Analytics experience
UX
