Job Description
We are overflowing with extremely high DPL real estate investing coaching leads and are seeking to add a new first class Setter to our existing extremely successful sales team.
Work from home using our cloud-based dialer. (No more driving to an office. Use that time to be making more moneyand saving money on gas!)
Extremely aggressive commissions. Perhaps the best in the business (Our commissions are so high because we have very low sales floor overhead, extremely high DPL leads and low returns/chargebacks due to fantastic fulfillment.)

This is a consultative telesales Setting role speaking with warm buyer leads who are seeking to join our real estate coaching program. No cold calling. You will only be calling qualified leads who desire to speak with you.
Responsibilities
Since this role allows you the opportunity to earn a significant income while working from your home, we do have some important

- Highest level of integrity in your communications.
- Always represent REIC in a professional, ethical manner
- Adhere to our best practices and approved sales techniques and processes.
- Dependability, consistency and a strong work ethic (working from home isn't for everyone and it takes discipline to consistently produce results with all the inevitable distractions)
- Must be a self-starter, able to stay on task with no need for constant oversight (we're not going to babysit youwe're looking for first class professionals who thrive when left alone to work and produce results)
- Ability to meet weekly dialing quotas and sales goals.
- Customer success focused by using an exploratory, consultative sales approach to determine the best products and services to fit the customer's needs.
- Positive attitude and passion for seeing others succeed.
Qualifications
The following qualifications will give you the best chance at getting this position:
- Experience with Setting real estate, financial, internet and/or personal development coaching/mentoring programs over the phone through a qualification sales process. (we're not begging for prospects to be a our customer, prospects are striving to qualify to be our customers)
- Experience dialing leads generated from the internet (as opposed to from seminars or infomercials).
- A personal requirement to be making big money in life (Those who have a broke mentality and want to barely eek by financially need not apply).
- Strong oral & written communication and listening skills.
- Decent computer skills (You'll be using a cloud based dialer which requires you to be able to use a computer and we have no patience for those who struggle with using a computer)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
