Cosmetology Educator
Job Description
This position is responsible for leadership and education of the cosmetology students.
Responsibilities
Provide on-going recognition, support, and inspiration for students
Instill AVEDA mission, vision and beliefs
Coordinate, facilitate and present exceptional classroom and clinic floor experiences
Resolve conflict in an effective, confidential and professional manner
Make sure Students comply with institute set policy and procedures
Significant internal and external customer interaction including students, team, student s family members, guests and salon network
May perform other tasks as required or assigned
Qualifications
2-5
years experience in the beauty industry
State licensure
Excellent leadership and organization skills
Committed to providing outstanding customer service
Computer literate, business writing and communication skills
Experience with compliance and file maintenance
Ability to multi-task with a smile
Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail
Desire to network
Passion for the beauty industry
