Key Account Manager
Job Description
Maintain and help grow existing and new client accounts and ensure client success in their use of the ZenPrint print-on-demand platform and one-off print solutions. Reports to the VP of Business Development.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Strategic
- Assisting VP of Business Development to achieve revenue goals in a key account management function
- Maintaining on-going, clear communication with VP of Business Development regarding duties and priorities
- Helping fulfill ZenPrint s mission, be a brand ambassador, and reflect our core values
- Providing feedback and insights on how to improve the sales and onboarding processes
- Building long-term relationships of trust with clients
Responsibilities - Tactical (including, but not limited to)
- Proactively providing day-to-day account management and support of clients
- Preparing sales contracts and quotes
- Coordinating with clients to obtain information necessary for a successful onboarding
- In coordination with the VP of Business Development, attending client events or participate in onsite meetings with clients
- Providing samples and other informational materials to clients and ensure their quality and accuracy
- Assisting with the preparation for and delivery of periodic business reviews with clients
- Submitting accurate and timely delivery receipts for invoicing
- Following up on outstanding invoices and assisting accounting with accounts receivable
- Coordinating with the Director of Operations to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Delivering or coordinating delivery of orders to help build relationships with clients
Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and highly detailed-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starting multi-tasker
- Over-communication with ZenPrint functional leaders and all clients
- Ability to hand-hold clients after the initial sign-up
- Team player
- Demonstrated computer skills and working knowledge of Excel
- Eagerness to learn
- Project management experience
- Print industry experience a plus (but not required)
Compensation
Base salary in $40K - $50K range
commission and team bonus potential. We also offer generous paid time off, medical, dental and vision benefits.
