Job Description
We are in the Relationship Business. At Engage we will help you understand why people make the decisions they do. As part of the training program you will learn about yourself and how to better manage all relationships around you. The principles taught help in a wide variety relationships from overcoming objections in a sales situation, to working better with many different personalities at work, to having a better relationship with your spouse and kids. The better you understand the people you are communicating with the easier it is to have happy and healthy relationships.
Responsibilities
Closers commit people to make change their lives by taking the leap into the next course. You will meet with classmates in a one on one basis. You answer questions and get them moving forward. We expect our closers to close at a high rate and give 100% effort on every person. This is a fun process knowing the best investment made is in yourself.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Give 100% every day.
- Desire to help others better their relationships.
- Sales closing experience 1 - 2 years

This is a wonderful position for someone who would like to work close with someone who has created many successful small businesses and made millions of dollars over the last 10 years.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
