Channel Support Representative
Vivint isn t just home security anymore.
Vivint Smart Home has partnered with Nest Thermostat, Space Monkey and Amazon Echo to provide a true smart home experience. We are leading the way with our innovative home automation products that provide convenience as well as peace of mind for our customers.
Our dedicated Channel Sales Professionals are looking for a full-time Channel Support Representative to support them as they work hard to close deals. This role has a base pay with opportunities to make commission on top of that.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Completed High School Education, GED, or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent
Computer Literate
Preferred
Qualifications:
Talent for providing a fantastic customer experience
Ability to simultaneously utilize computer systems and speak with customers on the phone
High level of attention to detail
Ability to own a situation and see it through to resolution
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Collect payments
Credit screening
Creating new accounts
Complete pre-install surveys for 3rd party employee sales
Confirm installation appointments and details with customers
Respond to calls coming in on the Channel Partner help line
Manage new accounts from point of sale to time of install
Attend team meetings to discuss team goals
