Vivint Smart Home has partnered with Nest Thermostat, Space Monkey and Amazon Echo to provide a true smart home experience. We are leading the way with our innovative home automation products that provide convenience as well as peace of mind for our customers.
We are looking for a full-time Account Management Representative to receive inbound calls from new customers with questions, concerns, and assistance with account changes. If you are a creative problem solver and skilled at providing a great customer experience then we want to talk to you. This role pays an hourly wage plus opportunities to make commission.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Completed High School Education, GED, or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent
Computer Literate
Preferred
Qualifications:
Talent for providing a fantastic customer experience
Ability to simultaneously utilize computer systems and speak with customers on the phone
Knack for empathizing with others and de-escalating emotionally charges situations
High level of attention to detail
Ability to own a situation and see it through to resolution
Skill for collaborating with various diverse people
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Become an expert on Vivint products, services, and pricing
Receive and manage incoming calls from new customers
Act as an advocate for new customers, field services professionals, and internal departments
Respond to inquiries regarding account information, products, services, and installation rescheduling
Assist field service professionals with on-site installation inquiries
