Summary:
The NIS Payroll Analyst will manage compensation reporting, structure and strategy for the Inside Sales floor.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle NIS compensation process.
Develop deep understanding of Inside Sales and how compensation impacts sales performance.
Become the main point of contact for any compensation related questions, concerns or ad-hoc requests.
Audit NIS compensation on a daily basis for accuracy and compliance.
Partner closely with HR to ensure compliant and efficient processes are in place.

SQL
Tableau
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrated ability to dissect and solve complicated business problems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to use quantitative approach to problem solving.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required.
Highly analytical with strong, demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
Owner s attitude, including a willingness to tackle problems through to creative solutions and an ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
