Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Sales Retention Specialist to receive inbound calls from potential customers with questions, concerns, and assistance with quote changes. This Sales Support role requires you to be a natural problem solver and is metric focused with opportunities to earn commission.

Job Duties:
Receive calls from potential Vivint Customer s scheduled for Installation potential account and customer concerns
Troubleshoot account and customer concerns
Upsell products to earn commissions
Retain the customer s account and keep installation date
Assist field service professionals with on-site installation inquiries
Benefits:
Compensation: $11hr plus commission. Average Earners: $15-$19

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
