JOB
Responsibilities:
Schedule and organize activities such as meetings and department activities for executives and their teams, including events to help with employee morale, regularly scheduled business meetings, and onsite conferences for the field
Assist the department in the management of their schedules and travel
Attend management meetings and take minutes
Perform credit card reconciliation/reimbursements and expense reports
Handle confidential and non-routine information
Help with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Serve as a liaison and advocate between different departments to ensure that appropriate measures are being taken with regard to each given situation
Help with new employee onboarding
Create and develop visual presentations
Incentive and travel coordination experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Leadership skills and experience
Proven ability to meet expectations set forth by management
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Owners attitude for getting things done
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations (position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Creative problem solving
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
Two years of experience in an administrative or leadership settingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
