Software Support Technician

ECI is looking for several people who love technology and helping our clients get the most from our SAAS Software as a Service based software.
You will be trained on the software and the procedures needed to help navigate and resolve customer issues.
Working hours will be Monday through Friday AM to PM.
Pay based on experience in a customer service andor IT.

Works directly with customers for installation configuration and connection issues for our managed print software program and other addin products over LANWAN.
Requires a broad range of troubleshooting skills related to software functionality configuration the Internet hardware networking and general technical issues as pertaining to ECIs software solutions May work directly with other support teams as needed to resolve customer issues and request enhancements for our products.
Contributes articles to the knowledge base to promote selfhelp for our customers Technical support experience fielding and resolving technical inquiries in a wellstructured professional manor.
Technical aptitude analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in any of the following Networking printing or copier equipment programming HTML SQL web sitesservers APIs Good Verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service attitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
