We are in central Provo near the Rec Center and provide flexible daytime hours if you have a complicated schedule to work around.
We have a casual work environment with no afterbusinesshours work AM to PM.

Helping customers with account configuration issues Diagnosing telecom and faxing issues Updating payment info Resolving billing issues Your Qualifications Customer Service Skills Telephone Communication Skills Moderate Computer Skills Attention to Detail Ability to explain technical concepts to our customers Youll get a hr pay bump after a successful trainingprobation period.
