We specialize in using a signal marketing tool, combined with chatbots for B2B (Business to Business) sales, marketing & customer support.
We help businesses to generate a sales pipeline by identifying, segmenting, engaging, and converting website visitors through our tools which also include chatbots and live chat.
It's an easy-to-use software that includes a drag-and-drop bot builder, audience-specific targeting, an intelligent FAQ bot, customized reporting, and a sales-focused live chat system.
The Job You'll be working with customer data to evaluate the performance of individual, campaigns and overall strategy for clients.
You're going to be cleaning, organizing, visualizing and interpreting data while working with to analyze results and prepare reports for clients with recommendations and insights.
You'll also be interfacing with customers on a daily basis via video calls and live chat.
If you are not interested in communicating with customers directly this job will not be a fit.
You'll also be onboarding & supporting new clients and helping them optimize their strategies and campaigns for generating new customers.
Needed Skills Analytical Make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
Organize data to support continued optimization.
Hypothesize and execute experiments for optimization.
People Be able to interface with clients and communicate with them over video calls & the phone.
Create written reports that include visualizations of performance and recommendations.
Communicate professionally via video calls, email and live chat with clients Software Familiarity with Excel is a must.
R, Domo, Tableau, PowerBI or Stata statistical tools a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools like Hubspot & Marketo a plus.
