Position
Summary:
We are looking for a team player with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills to support our doctors and other team members in a busy, fast paced, office setting.
Essential Job Functions:
Scheduling orthopedic referrals received from partnering healthcare organizations in Utah County.
Effectively coordinates scheduling information with patient and doctors staff to ensure proper policies and procedures are being followed Handles each call with exemplary customer service skills.
Assists in other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills and professional and friendly demeanor.
Candidate should be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and have a high level of integrity.
Previous office experience preferred but not mandatory.
Bilingual is a plus.
Hours:
Monday-Friday:
9am-5pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
