Pay starts at $14, and a $1 raise is given after 90 days.

Responsibilities Manage incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through effective communication Provide accurate, information by using the right methods/tools/terminology Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
