Provo, UT and/or Alpine, UT _ We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Provide in-person customer service by assisting customers with their vaulting and transactional needs, including depositing and withdrawing funds, opening, and closing accounts, and answering customer inquiries.
-Take customer service calls and provide assistance with account inquiries, transactions, and other customer requests.
-Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including the handling of cash, checks, and precious metal deposits and withdrawals.
-Maintain accurate customer account records and perform regular account reconciliation.
-Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
-Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and improve knowledge of UPMA products and services.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.
