Responsibilities Answer incoming customer service phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer needs.
Provide problem identification and resolution, with proper escalation of calls as needed.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications Willingness to work 4 - 6 hours per day / 20 - 28.
5 hours per week Must be able to manage inbound calls and messages each day Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player A good understanding of quality customer service principles is necessary for this position Meet all company goals for Quality Assurance and Customer Service High school diploma or equivalent Must have the desire to help others and problem solve in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills and experience with MS applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
