SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR FULL TIME--MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:
00 AM TO 5:
00 PM--IN OFFICE (SOME AFTER HOURS WORK MAY BE REQUIRED) JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The IT Security Administrator oversees the implementation and maintenance of information security systems at the bank.
The IT Security Administrator will be a member of the bank's Security Committee and will work closely with the Information Security Officer.
The IT Security Administrator will work to ensure proper operation and structure of firewalls, patching, endpoint protection, log management, etc.
The IT Security Administrator will interface with third-party consultants in some duties and will play a role in seeking out new technology that will protect the bank's systems and information.
The IT Security Administrator will regularly monitor security reports and logs and will occasionally be called on to assist in other areas of IT as needed.
JOB DUTIES:
Monitors network security devices and systems Patch Management Reports to IT Manager and communicates with ISO on security related systems and updates Develops industry-based security standards for the Bank Recommends Security Enhancements to management Conducts testing to ensure security procedures and standards are being implemented Manage Website and other Web Based Security System inc.
DNS, SSL Certs, Manage and maintain Hardware and equipment needed for security operations:
Palo Alto Firewall (TDC/PVU Datacenters Monitoring, Configuring, Reporting) Managed Detection and Response with SIEM Vendor (Arctic Wolf) Microsoft 365 services (Email, Teams, Azure, SharePoint) Email Security / Email Backup / Email Archiving Sophos Antivirus (Desktop and Server Based Security, Threat Monitoring, Reporting) Mobile Device Management Qualys Patch Management (Desktop and Server Patching, Updating, Reporting) Physical Access Systems (pdk.
io, DLS, Security Video) JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional travel within Utah County (to bank offices) Be able to show technical background and expertise needed for job role.

Qualifications:
Training/Education/Certification:
College degree preferred, experience in Information Technology necessary.
Required Knowledge:
Current Information Technology protocols and language.
Proficient in ability to read and interpret reports generated from software and hardware systems.
Understanding of networking, systems, security protocols, etc.
