Position Overview:
As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the financial planning & analysis function.
You will play a key role in driving financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with department heads and senior executives to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and performance metrics to guide strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, proactively identifying areas for improvement or cost optimization.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of business trends, market dynamics, and economic factors impacting the company.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the financial planning & analysis team, driving process enhancements.
Stay informed of industry best practices and changes in economic and financial regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in financial planning & analysis roles Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the aptitude to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial initiatives that align with business objectives.
Familiarity with door-to-door & pest control industries is a plus.
