We are seeking a Patient Service Representative for Provo, UT office.
Trigger Warning:
Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
Hiring for training class starting August 21st Onsite position Two Weeks Training:
M-F 8 am-4:
30 pm (Mandatory training required) Flexible schedules available between 6 am and 8 pm (Monday through Friday) Job Responsibilities Answer phone calls from patients who are seeking help.
Respond to patients via phone and email.
Educate patients on various treatment options our Healthcare company provides and answer any questions or concerns.
Record patient information into our system.
