Who We Are:
The purpose of the Vivint Concierge team is to delight our Vivint customers with our service and provide opportunities to save money.
Our Concierge Professionals reach out to our existing customers who have just installed in their first few months to make sure we meet our service expectations, offer proactive solutions to any questions, and provide customer education.
As well as offer upgrades, upsells, and exclusive offers.
Successful Specialists determine customer needs and maintain our world class service.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, No weekends! Training:
Paid, Mandatory Training (2 weeks) Hourly base
uncapped commission (average earnings of $50,000+) Job
Responsibilities:
Effective Specialists are dedicated to providing value in all interactions both with our customers and internally.
They have the ability to identify and manage their emotions and handle interactions with others sensibly and empathetically.
Those who excel adapt to new situations, handle change, and balance multiple demands.

Required Skills and
Experience:
Must be at least 18 years old Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint) Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible) Prior call center, customer service or sales experience is a plus Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately Why You'll Love Working Here:
