Summary:
This is a great opportunity to work in a very respected, very busy Ears, Nose, and Throat clinic.
The successful candidate must maintain a friendly, professional image at all times in the office and in all communications.
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accurate data entry Collect copays, account balances, and retail sales Keep work area clean, tidy, and sanitized Day-end system balancing Appointment scheduling End-of-day cleaning Spanish helpful but not required Will gradually cross-train on other desks
Qualifications:
Looking for long-term employment Medical terminology required Prefer previous medical experience Type minimum of 55wpm (will be tested) Knowledge of health insurance Self-starter, highly motivated, outgoing, friendly, positive personality, likes to stay busy, accurate, strong communication skills both written and oral Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
