REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduation or equivalent Basic knowledge of accounting Reliable, organized, task oriented, and attention to detail Willing to provide great customer service Create a positive work environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Ten Key, Outlook software and keyboarding skills.
The ability to handle excessive phone work, differing workflow, and multi-task DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Scan incoming mail / returned mail Balancing Assist clients and staff, in person, by phone, email, etc.
Customer Service Representative Special Mailings New account duties Scheduling Filing Marketing/Events Occasional operational backup Creating and distributing reports Office supplies Review additional reports for accuracy Operations posting backup And other duties as needed Job Type:
