Summary:
This is a great opportunity to work in a very respected, very busy Ears, Nose, and Throat clinic.
Successful candidate must maintain a friendly, professional image at all times in the office and in all communications.
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient-staff relationship along with providing outstanding customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cheerfully greet patients at Front Desk and all areas in office Collect money for copays, account balances and retail sales.
Excellent phone etiquette Enter accurate data into multiple complex computer software programs.
Day-end system balancing End-of-day office cleaning Appointment scheduling Help maintain a clean, tidy, and sanitized work area.
Will gradually cross-train on other desks Spanish helpful but not required.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate if looking for long-term employment.
Medical terminology required.
Previous medical office experience Type minimum of 55wpm (will be tested) -Self-starter, highly motivated, outgoing, friendly, positive personality, loves to stay busy Knowledge of health insurance Accurate, strong communication skills both written and oral Will primarily work in Provo office but may need to fill in at Orem office.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:
