Compensation:
$2,000 Monthly base Salary Bonuses and Uncapped Commissions Job
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire sales process of real estate transactions, ensuring successful completion from start to finish.
Maintain consistent coordination and communication throughout assigned stages of the sale.
Proactively respond to inquiries from potential buyers, providing timely and accurate information.
Schedule and conduct meetings with buyers, aiming to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
Build strong relationships with buyers to effectively address and resolve any objections, facilitating a smooth sales process.
Actively seek out new sales leads by making calls and exploring neighborhoods.
Efficiently manage and track leads, ensuring diligent follow-up and engagement with prospects.
Demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve financial success and exceed sales targets.
Exhibit a sense of urgency in closing deals, with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales goals.
Regularly utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to update and track progress on deals.
Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are managed effectively within the CRM, maintaining focus and organization until deals are successfully closed.
