Position Summary
The Personal Development Consultant is the first point of contact, and first impression prospective students will have of Prosper. This person needs to have a desire to help make a difference in people's lives. The Consultant plays a vital role in advising and assisting students with the pursuance of their educational goals. It is the Consultants responsibility to accurately assess and educate prospective students on our education, and its requirements. This position does have a sales component and sales experience is required. You will receive extensive training. A positive attitude as well as commitment to success here is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary owner of Prosper's relationship with new students each week
Develops familiarity with students goals, including but not limited to: mindset, financial situation, time commitment and future direction
Understands and applies Prospers' teaching concepts that are proven models for successful achievement of desired outcomes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
