Seeking to hire manager / manager couple for Provo apartments
I'm looking for a part-time, on-site manager / couple for Park Place and Southridge Apartments in Provo. You would need to live on site for the position. Duties will include answering phones, collecting rents, coordinating maintenance, and other general property management duties.
We need the position to start immediately.
- Work M-F from 2-5 in the on-site office. Additional hours will be required seasonally, as well as some Saturday hours depending on how busy office is
- Need to live on-site in manager unit. Pay is $12/hour; you will work hourly against unit rent ($700 all inclusive)and then receive paychecks for additional hours in excess of that amount
- An awesome attitude and desire to work with our great residents!
