POSITIONS LOCATED AT OUR LEASING CENTER IN PROVO, UTAH
Job Descriptions:
Virtual Leasing Agent (Inbound Calling)
Responsibilities include handling inbound contacts, including calls, chats, and emails, from prospective renters and current tenants at apartment communities all over the country. You will become a virtual property manager, equipped to help residents all over the country schedule maintenance appointments and get the help they need. Spanish language skills are a plus!
Compensation: $10/hour start, potential increase to $12 within a year, benefits (if full time)
Schedule: Full- or Part-time. Day, weekend, early morning, and night shifts available.
Product Adoption Specialist (Outbound Calling)
Responsibilities include making outbound calls to various Property Solutions end users. You will help introduce our exciting products to new residents and keep our clients aware of upcoming events and important announcements.
Compensation: $9/hour plus commissions, benefits (if full time)
Schedule: Part-time. Evening and Saturday shifts available.
