Customer Support Representative

XOLights is looking for someone to join our team in a full-time customer support position. We are looking for someone with experience in customer support and enjoys pleasing our customers.
This positions handles many aspects of customer support dept, including,phone and email support for a browser based product. Creating and tracking trouble tickets for customers. Working with other departments like and Development and Data to solve customer issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in technical customer support via phone and email
Experience with basic computer trouble shooting skills
Experience with browser based software products.
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to multitask and get work done efficiently and accurately
Should have strong problem solving skills
SQL experience a plus
HTML experience a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
