Lead Customer Care Specialist

E Customer Care is a growing company in the Provo Utah area, looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for individuals to help field customer service calls and train others. This is not a sales position. This is a great opportunity to work for a company with a great culture and atmosphere. We have both full and part-time positions available. We look forward to working with you.
Answer calls from current customers and assist them with:
scheduling service, billing questions, service concerns, general questions.
Assist in new hire training
Customer retention
Starting pay $12hr based on experience
Positive work environment
Great opportunity with a growing company
No Sundays
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient computer/typing skills
1-2 years customer service experience
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Be an effective team player
Some college preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
